About this product
Kobayashi Eyeglass Cleaner Anti-Fog Wipes are convenient disposable wipes that remove fingerprints and oily smudges from lenses while helping prevent fogging.
How to use
- Open one sachet and remove the wipe.
- Gently wipe both sides of the lenses.
- Allow the lenses to dry naturally.
- Store in a cool place.
- Keep out of reach of infants and children.
Ingredients
- Alcohol — quickly removes fingerprints, oil, and dirt from lens surfaces.
- Anti-Fog Agents — form a thin protective layer that helps reduce lens fogging caused by temperature changes and masks.
- Surfactants — help lift and dissolve debris from the lens surface.
FAQ
How long does the anti-fog effect last?
It depends on conditions. Kobayashi notes the anti-fog effect may not work well during sudden temperature changes or in very cold weather, and that wiping too hard can reduce it.
Can I use it on sunglasses?
Yes — it can be used on most eyeglasses and sunglasses.
Will it leave streaks on lenses?
The anti-fog agent can occasionally leave light wipe marks. For best results, wipe gently, side to side only, about 5 times per lens.
Is it useful when wearing a mask?
Yes — it helps reduce lens fogging while wearing a mask, though lenses may still fog depending on the mask type and fit. Wear the mask so your breath doesn't escape from the top.
