1. Before bed, open a fresh pad and peel the main adhesive backing.
2. Centre the pad lengthwise in the underwear gusset — the extended back end should extend well past the midpoint toward the back.
3. Fold the wings over the gusset edges and press the wing adhesives onto the outside of the underwear.
4. In the morning, change the pad and check the underwear and bedding for any leakage.
5. Wrap used pads in the packaging wrapper and dispose in a waste bin — do not flush.
