KISS ME Heavy Rotation Eyebrow Pencil pairs a 1.6mm ultra-fine tip with a waterproof formula so you can draw precise, hair-like strokes right to the tail of the brow. The other end holds a screw brush for blending strokes into a soft, natural gradient. Shade 04 Natural Brown is a versatile brown suited to dark brown through black hair, and pairs naturally with Heavy Rotation's coloring eyebrow mascaras.
How to use
- Twist up a small amount of the pencil and fill sparse areas with light, short strokes, drawing fine lines toward the brow tail. Finish by blending with the attached screw brush for a natural gradient. Layer a Heavy Rotation eyebrow mascara on top for tone matching if desired.
