Heroine Make Strong Curl Keeper WP is a finishing coat applied over mascara to strongly fix an upward curl. Its super-grade waterproof formula shields lashes against tears, sweat, sebum, and humidity, and the clear-black tint resists turning white. A firm styling brush combs lashes into clean separation.
How to use
- Shake or mix well before use. After your mascara has dried, comb the coat over lashes from root to tip to set the curl. Can also be worn alone for a natural look. Remove with Heroine Make mascara remover or an oil-based cleanser.
