About this product
Pigeon's Feeding Spoon R is designed around research into how babies naturally move their mouths when starting solids. It comes with two spoon shapes — a shallow one for purées and a deeper one for soups and juice — plus a positioning stopper that keeps the spoon from going too far back in baby's mouth.
How to use
- Clean by boiling, steaming, or a soaking solution before first use — do not microwave.
- Use the shallow spoon for purées and the deeper spoon for soups or juice, letting the stopper guide safe depth.
- Wash after every use and check the soft tip for wear over time.
Ingredients
- Polypropylene handle — lightweight, easy for small hands and caregivers to grip.
- Thermoplastic elastomer tip — soft, gentle contact point that eases into baby's mouth.
FAQ
What age is this spoon set for?
Pigeon recommends it from around 5-6 months, when babies typically start solids.
Why are there two spoon shapes?
One shallow spoon is shaped for purées, and a deeper one is shaped for soups and juice, matching how babies move their mouths for each.
Can I put it in the microwave?
No — Pigeon advises against microwaving, as it can melt or warp the spoon; use boiling, steaming, or a soaking solution instead.
🇵🇭 For Philippines customers
Starting solids in a hot, humid household means messy mealtimes and food that needs to be offered at just the right pace. The dual-shaped Feeding Spoon R helps babies self-pace purées and soups, cutting down on the spills and struggle that come with every new feeding milestone.
