1. Preheat the soup jar and container with hot water for a minute (or ice water for cold food), then discard before filling.
2. Fill the 300ml jar with soup, curry, or miso soup and the 250ml container with rice or side dishes.
3. Close both lids fully until they click to seal in temperature.
4. Reheat only the food container in the microwave with the lid off; the vacuum soup jar is not microwave-safe.
5. Wash the jar and container after each use — both are dishwasher-safe; the carrying pouch is machine washable.
