Blen 3-Color Ballpoint Pen 0.5mm Pink Barrel

Multi-color pens usually undo everything a good single pen gets right: three refills rattling in one barrel means more vibration, more noise and a looser writing feel. The blen 3C is Zebra's attempt to carry the blen engineering into a three-color body anyway. The same Blen System logic applies - the refill is held firmly so the tip does not wobble, the center of gravity sits low, and the internal parts are fitted to remove the gaps that let components knock against each other - which is why this pen stays notably quieter and steadier than a typical three-color ballpoint. Inside are three 0.5mm emulsion ink refills in black, red and blue, Zebra's hybrid ink that combines water-based smoothness with oil-based firmness, so the lines are dark and controlled without feeling wet. This is the B3AS88, the 0.5mm model, offered in body colors including black, grey, white, blue green and pink. 1. Slide the colored lever on the barrel down to select black, red or blue; sliding another lever retracts the previous one automatically.
2. Retract all three levers before pocketing so no tip is left exposed inside a bag.
3. Replace an empty color with a Zebra emulsion multi-pen refill in 0.5mm rather than discarding the pen.
4. Write with light pressure and let the low center of gravity steady the stroke - the vibration damping only helps if you are not gripping hard.
5. If one color skips after long storage, scribble on scrap paper to reprime that ball.
