About this product
JOIE CELLULE Eyelash Serum is a Japanese lash serum for fuller, stronger-looking, glossy lashes, and it can also be used on eyebrows. The formula combines two human stem cell–derived ingredients with acetyl tetrapeptide-3, red clover flower extract, biotinoyl tripeptide-1, sodium hyaluronate, panthenol and a vitamin C derivative. The click-pen container has a brush tip and no backflow, so the serum stays clean to the last drop.
How to use
Use on clean lashes after removing makeup. Remove the cap and click the base of the pen a few times until serum reaches the brush tip. Draw along the lash roots like eyeliner, then turn the brush sideways and coat the lashes. As a mascara base, let the serum dry before applying mascara.
