How to use
- After eye moisturizer has fully absorbed, apply a thin, even layer of the base across the entire lid using a fingertip or flat brush.
- Blend to a smooth, invisible finish and allow to set for 30 seconds before applying eyeshadow on top.
Ingredients
- Dimethicone — creates a smooth, even primer layer across the lid that fills texture and fine lines, giving eyeshadow a uniform surface to grip onto.
- Titanium Dioxide — provides a neutral, skin-tone-correcting base that cancels lid discoloration and enhances the true-to-pan color accuracy of any eyeshadow applied on top.
- Talc — absorbs excess oil on the lid, extending eyeshadow wear and preventing creasing throughout the day.
