Heavy Rotation's Coloring Eyebrow EX is a tint-mascara hybrid that coats each brow hair in a quick-drying color film, letting you fill and define brows in one swipe. Shade 04 Natural Brown gives a soft, ashy-brown finish that suits black-to-brown hair, and the thin, flexible coating keeps brows feeling soft rather than stiff.
How to use
- Comb brows into shape first.
- Apply against the direction the hair grows, from the arch toward the front to add volume at the roots.
- Comb through from front to tail following natural hair direction.
- Layer a second coat over sparse areas for a fuller, more defined brow.

- Hydrolyzed silk — leaves a smooth, natural sheen instead of a stiff, drawn-on look.
