Due to current US import regulations, all orders shipped from Japan to the United States are subject to a 10% import fee. This fee is automatically added to your order at checkout — so the total you see before paying is the total you pay. No additional charges will be collected at delivery.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the amount shown at checkout covers only the import fees. The shipping itself is free — the fee line is purely the import duty, not a shipping charge.

For most Southeast Asian countries and other regions not listed above, taxes and import duties are not collected at checkout. Instead, your local customs authority or the courier (FedEx / DHL) may contact you for payment before delivering your package.

For Southeast Asian and other non-DDP regions, the courier (FedEx or DHL) may contact you by phone or email to request payment of customs duties before completing delivery. This is normal and is handled directly between you and the courier.

contact us with proof and we will reimburse you.
