The self-check card is a thin, flexible, soap-bar-sized plastic card with a textured grid pattern that helps detect small lumps during self-examination. Formulated for the body (not the face) with a mild plant-derived soap base.

1. Wet the body with warm water in the shower.
2. Lather the soap in your hands or on a body towel until you get a rich foam.
3. Apply the foam to the bust, décolletage, and upper-chest area, massaging gently in upward circular motions.
4. Allow the lather to remain for 1–2 minutes for the placenta extract and collagen to absorb.
5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use the included self-check card once per month after showering for breast self-examination.
