About this product
Designed by Japanese industrial designer Sori Yanagi, this 18cm iron frying pan uses the proprietary Magma Plate — an iron plate with a fine texture on both sides that increases surface area for faster, more even heat transfer. The signature curved rim makes pouring and turning food easy, and the matte stainless steel lid is included.
How to use
- Season lightly with oil before first use. Use on gas or induction (IH) cooktops. Rotate the lid to open a gap for steaming or draining. After cooking, wash without detergent when possible, dry thoroughly, and coat thinly with oil to maintain the surface.
Ingredients
- Body: Magma Plate iron; lid: stainless steel (matte finish); handle and lid knob: phenolic resin
