Welcome to SmikieJapan. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SmikieJapan website located at www.smikiejapan.com and all associated services, including placing orders, creating an account, and using our customer support.

By accessing or using our website, or by placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

SmikieJapan is operated by SmikieJapan Co., a company shipping authentic Japanese products internationally from Japan.

To place an order or access certain features, you may create a SmikieJapan account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately at support@smikiejapan.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

• SmikieJapan reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

When you place an order on SmikieJapan, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. SmikieJapan reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. A confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

All prices are displayed in your local currency where available, or in Japanese Yen (JPY). Prices may change without notice due to exchange rate fluctuations, market changes, or promotional events. The price charged is the price at the time of your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, GrabPay, PayNow, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize SmikieJapan to charge the total amount due.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Once an order is packed, a ¥1,000 JPY handling fee applies. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Japan using FedEx or DHL. Estimated delivery times vary by region. SmikieJapan is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, courier disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Your delivery address and recipient name must be accurate and complete
• Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country (see our Taxes by Region page)
• Packages returned due to incorrect information, refusal to accept, or customs non-cooperation will incur return shipping fees
• Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

Due to the nature of international cross-border shopping, SmikieJapan does not accept returns or refunds without a valid reason. Valid reasons include quality defects, wrong items shipped, and courier damage.

The after-sales window is 7 days from the date you sign for your package. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

All products sold on SmikieJapan are sourced directly from Japan and are 100% authentic. We do not sell grey-market imports or counterfeit goods. Product images on our website are for reference only — Japanese brands may update packaging designs without notice, and minor differences between the product page image and the received product are not grounds for return.

SmikieJapan reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders when products become unavailable. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and arrange a refund or replacement.

Beauty, skincare, and health products may contain ingredients that trigger allergic reactions. Please read ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. SmikieJapan is not liable for adverse reactions to ingredients disclosed on the product page. For pharmaceutical products, consult a medical professional before use.

Products purchased on SmikieJapan are intended for personal use only. Commercial resale of SmikieJapan products without prior written authorization is prohibited. SmikieJapan reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of being placed for commercial resale.

All content on the SmikieJapan website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, creative assets, and software — is the property of SmikieJapan or its content providers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, publish, retransmit, republish, broadcast, perform, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from this website without express written permission from SmikieJapan.

The SmikieJapan name, logo, and all related graphics, product names, and service names are trademarks of SmikieJapan. Any use of these trademarks without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
