How to use
- Open the pad packaging and peel off the main adhesive release paper from the bottom of the pad.
- Centre the pad adhesive-side down in the underwear gusset, pressing firmly to secure.
- Fold the wings over the edges of the gusset and press the wing adhesive tabs onto the outside of the underwear to lock the pad in place.
- Change every 2–4 hours during heavy flow days, or sooner if the pad feels saturated.
- Wrap used pads in the wrapper from the new pad before disposal — do not flush.
