How to use
- Starting from the center of the upper lip, use the tapered pencil tip to gently outline and fill in your lips.
- For a fuller, plumper look, trace 1-2mm outside your natural lip line, especially at the center of the top and bottom lip.
- Blend the edges lightly with a fingertip for a soft, no-makeup finish, then layer over the center of the lips for a deeper pop of color.
