Brushed over mascara, it forms a strong waterproof film that keeps lashes lifted and curled from morning to night, even in heat and humidity. The glossy clear formula resists whitening and comes with a styling comb brush that separates lashes cleanly.
How to use
- Apply your mascara and let it set. 2. Comb the topcoat from lash roots to tips, lifting upward. 3. Use the styling brush to separate and shape. Remove with an oil-based eye makeup remover.
