CIELO Mousse Color 3 Bright Light Brown is a quasi-drug foam-type at-home gray hair color from HOYU, one of Japan's most trusted hair color manufacturers since 1905. The one-push foam pump dispenses ready-to-use mousse — no mixing bowl or brush needed — so you can color your whole head evenly or touch up just the roots in one go.
How to use
- Shake the bottle about 20 times to activate the foam.
- Press the pump to dispense mousse into your palm.
- Apply first to areas with visible gray, then spread through the rest of the hair, working it in as if squeezing strands.
- Saturate hair fully until it feels damp all over, then leave on for about 20 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly, shampoo twice, and follow with a color-care conditioner or treatment.
