About this product
KAO Biore U Alcohol Hand Rub (Tabletop Type, 400ml) comes in a pump bottle made to sit on a counter at home entrances, offices, and shops. The ethanol-based liquid spreads quickly and dries with a light, non-sticky feel, and contains moisturizing ingredients (glycerin) that are gentle on hands. Before first use, turn the nozzle up as shown on the pack and press a few times to prime the pump; press the pump slowly. Take about a coin-sized amount and rub it over both hands until the alcohol has fully evaporated (at least 15 seconds). Flammable — keep away from fire. Not for people with alcohol sensitivity or delicate skin.
How to use
- Apply one pump to dry hands and rub vigorously over all surfaces — backs, palms, between fingers, and nail areas.
- Wait for 20–30 seconds until fully dry.
Ingredients
- Benzalkonium Chloride (0.05 w/v%) — key ingredient listed on the Japanese label.
- Ethanol — solvent (65 vol%), so the liquid dries quickly. Flammable.
- Glycerin, Sodium Lactate — moisturizing ingredients that are gentle on hands.
- Medium-Chain Triglycerides — emollient.

🇵🇭 For Philippines customers
Hand hygiene is non-negotiable in crowded Philippine settings — jeepneys, wet markets, malls, offices — and the dispenser on the counter matters as much as the habit. Biore U Alcohol Hand Rub comes in the tabletop pump format common at Japanese storefronts and homes.
The alcohol-based formula dries in seconds without sticky residue — a real advantage in humid weather, where tacky hands attract more grime than they started with. Set it by the front door, the sari-sari counter, or the office entrance for the whole household or team. It is the tidy, trusted Japanese approach to a routine the tropics make essential.
Authentic, shipped direct from Japan — delivery in 10–14 business days from order placement (processing and shipping included), tracked shipping to the Philippines.
