How to use
- Unfold the pad and remove the adhesive backing strip.
- Press the adhesive side onto the center of clean, dry underwear.
- Change every 3-4 hours, or more often on heavier flow days.
- Wrap the used pad in its own wrapper before disposing in a bin (not the toilet).
