The oil-rich powder formula is designed to keep glitter locked in place instead of scattering under the eyes.
How to use
- Sweep the Electrical Color (side A) over the entire lid for a sheer, shimmering pink wash.
- Pat the Flash Glitter (side B) onto the center of the lid or inner corner to build dimension.
- Use either texture alone on cheekbones, the bridge of the nose, or collarbones for extra highlight.
