Heavy Rotation Coloring Eyebrow EX is the upgraded version of Japan's best-known brow mascara from KISSME (Isehan), an @cosme Best Cosmetics Award winner. Shade 09 Natural Ash is a soft, grayish ash tone that harmonizes brows with ash-toned or black hair. The formula coats each hair in a thin, even film so brows look naturally fluffy, never stiff or clumpy.
How to use
- After filling in brows with pencil or powder if desired, remove excess liquid on the bottle edge. Brush against the direction of hair growth first to coat the underside, then brush along the growth direction to shape. Removes easily with warm water.
