A curved, wide-frame lash curler engineered to fit Japanese eye shapes for a natural, root-to-tip curl in one pass.
About this product
Koji Honpo has been making Japan's eye-makeup tools since the 1920s, and this Carving Eyelash Curler is engineered specifically around the curvature, width, and open-eye eyeliner line of Japanese eyes. The curved frame — no straight edges — hugs the lid for a natural fit, while the 38mm width is built to catch lashes from root to corner in a single, even sweep.
How to use
- Open the curler and align the curved frame with your upper lash line, looking straight ahead into a mirror.
- Position lashes as close to the root as possible without pinching the lid.
- Press gently and hold for a few seconds.
- Release, then move the curler slightly outward and repeat 2-3 times toward the tips for an even curl.
- Replace the silicone pad every 2-3 months, and the curler itself roughly every 2 years with daily use.
Ingredients
- Curved Stainless-Steel Frame — Radius shaped from measurements of Japanese women's eyelid curves for a gap-free, natural fit.
- 38mm Wide Catch Area — Wide frame that grabs lashes from inner to outer corner in one motion.
- Silicone Replacement Pad (x2 included) — Cushions the lash line to reduce pinching; spares included for easy swaps.
- Antibacterial Resin Case — Treated case that stores the curler (and one spare pad) hygienically between uses.
FAQ
How is this different from a standard round eyelash curler?
The frame is curved (not a simple oval) and shaped to match the roundness of the eye, the eye width, and the eyeliner line when eyes are open, for a closer fit with less pinching.
How often should I replace the rubber pad?
Roughly every 2-3 months with daily use — two spares are included in the box.
Is it suitable for hooded or monolid eyes?
The 38mm curved frame is designed to fit closer to Asian eye shapes than many Western-style curlers, though individual fit can vary.
🇵🇭 For Philippines customers
In PH's heat and humidity, lash curls fall flat fast — a curler shaped to actually fit the eye (not slide around) makes the curl hold longer through a sweaty commute or beach day.
