The THERMOS DBQ-502 is a vacuum-insulated Japanese lunch jar in matte black, holding 1,100ml across a rice container and two side-dish containers. THERMOS's insulated case keeps rice warm — above 59°C after 6 hours, and above 62°C when packed in the included pouch — so lunch still feels freshly cooked hours later.
How to use
- Fill the rice container and both side dish containers with hot food right before packing to maximize heat retention.
- Close each lid firmly, then place all containers inside the insulated outer case.
- Slip the assembled lunch box into the dedicated pouch for extra warmth retention.
- After eating, remove lids and microwave containers separately if reheating; wash the containers, lids, and chopsticks (dishwasher-safe parts only) — do not put the insulated case or its lid in the dishwasher or microwave.
