1. Apply generously to all exposed skin areas 15–20 minutes before sun exposure.
2. Dispense a 50-yen coin-sized amount for the face; approximately 2ml per 10cm² for body areas.
3. Spread evenly and blend thoroughly into skin until fully absorbed.
4. Reapply every 2 hours, especially after sweating, swimming, or toweling.
5. For face, apply as the last step of skincare — after moisturizer and before makeup.
