This reactive bonding step is designed to significantly improve strength and elasticity, making hair more resistant to further damage before the finishing oils of System 3 are applied.
How to use
- Apply evenly over hair after System 1, without rinsing in between (per your stylist's protocol).
- Leave on for the time specified in the TOKIO SPA salon protocol to allow the keratin-bonding reaction to complete.
- Rinse if directed, then proceed to System 3 for the finishing step.
