About this product
Merit No-Conditioner-Needed Shampoo is KAO's long-running "shampoo only, no conditioner required" formula, and this Cool Type version adds a menthol-powered chill for a refreshing wash. Weakly acidic to match scalp and hair pH, it blends licorice-root-derived dipotassium glycyrrhizate with five plant extracts (eucalyptus, chamomile, lespedeza, thujopsis, and birch) plus malic acid to leave hair smooth without a separate conditioning step.
How to use
- Wet hair thoroughly with warm water.
- Pump shampoo into your palm and work into a lather.
- Massage into the scalp and through the lengths of hair.
- Rinse thoroughly — no conditioner is needed afterward.
