Heavy Rotation Eyebrow Pencil 09 Natural Ash is a fine-tip brow pencil from KISS ME by Isehan, one of Japan's oldest cosmetics houses. The ultra-slim 1.6mm core glides softly so you can sketch precise, hair-like strokes right to the brow tail, while the ash tone pairs naturally with ash to black hair colors. A spiral screw brush on the other end blends everything into a soft, natural finish.
How to use
- Twist up a small amount of the 1.6mm core. 2. Draw light, short strokes along the brow, filling sparse areas and defining the tail. 3. Blend with the built-in screw brush for a soft, natural gradation. Pairs well with Heavy Rotation Coloring Eyebrow mascara in the matching shade number.
