Bust-area skincare is one of the most underserved segments in the Philippine personal-care market, yet the décolletage and bust-zone skin is exposed to the same UV, friction, and gravity-driven ageing as the face — and tends to show crepey texture, dryness, and loss of firmness earlier than the face because the skin is thinner and rarely treated. PELICAN 愛されおっぱい (Aisare Oppai — "Loved Breasts") is a 70g Japanese bust-care soap formulated with placenta extract, collagen, and hyaluronic acid to moisturise and firm the bust-area skin, with stearyl glycyrrhetinate to calm friction irritation from bra straps and clothing. Made by PELICAN SOAP, the Tokyo heritage body-care soap maker founded in 1947, this is the same product that opened Japan's bust-care category. Formulated for the body (not the face) with a mild plant-derived soap base suited to daily tropical-climate showering.
How to use
- Wet the body with warm water in the shower.
- Lather the soap in your hands or on a body towel until you get a rich foam.
- Apply the foam to the bust, décolletage, and upper-chest area, massaging gently in upward circular motions.
- Allow the lather to remain for 1–2 minutes for the placenta extract and collagen to absorb.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry. Use daily in the morning or evening shower.
