About this product
A nightly eyelash conditioning serum from THE STEM CELL, formulated with human stem cell conditioned media and peptides to care for lashes that look thin or feel weak. Free from ethanol, silicone, mineral oil, fragrance and colourants.
How to use
- Remove all eye makeup and make sure lashes and the lash line are clean and dry.
- Once each night, brush the applicator along the base of the upper lashes, from root to tip.
- Let it dry fully before lying down. Use on clean lashes only — apply before mascara, not over it.
