About this product
Heroine Make Curl Keep Mascara Base is a lash primer worn under mascara to hold curl from morning to night. The blue-gray tint blends invisibly under any mascara without white residue, while built-in fibers add length and volume. Formulated with lash-care beauty serum ingredients.
How to use
- Curl lashes as usual. 2. Using the curved brush, apply the base from lash roots to tips, lifting upward. 3. Once dry, apply your favorite mascara on top. Removes with warm water and your regular facial cleanser.
