PELICAN 胸のセルフチェックサポートセット (Mune no Self-Check Support Set) is a 70g Japanese bust-care soap set that pairs the popular Aisare Oppai bust-care soap formula (placenta extract, collagen, hyaluronic acid, stearyl glycyrrhetinate) with a medical-grade self-examination card designed to help women perform monthly breast self-checks at home. Made by PELICAN SOAP, the Tokyo heritage body-care soap maker founded in 1947, this set is targeted at women aged 25+ who are becoming increasingly aware of breast-health monitoring and want a single product that supports both skin health and self-examination routine. The self-check card is a thin, flexible, soap-bar-sized plastic card with a textured grid pattern that helps detect small lumps during self-examination. Formulated for the body (not the face) with a mild plant-derived soap base.

1. Wet the body with warm water in the shower.
2. Lather the soap in your hands or on a body towel until you get a rich foam.
3. Apply the foam to the bust, décolletage, and upper-chest area, massaging gently in upward circular motions.
4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
5. Use the NADETE pad by following the instruction booklet included in the set.
