Saran Wrap by Asahi Kasei is the gold standard of Japanese kitchen wraps. Its polyvinylidene chloride film blocks oxygen and moisture far better than ordinary polyethylene wraps, locking in freshness and aroma while keeping odors from escaping or transferring. This 30cm x 20m roll is the classic household size.
How to use
- Pull out the desired length, cut with the built-in blade, and press over bowls, plates, or food. Safe for freezer storage (-60C) and microwave reheating (up to 140C). Do not use with high-oil foods at high heat or in ovens.
