How to use
  1. Preheat the soup jar with hot water for a few minutes, then fill with hot food and seal. Pack the container with rice, salad or sides. Slip both into the insulated pouch; the back pocket fits THERMOS-brand cutlery. Wash after each use (jar and container are dishwasher-safe; do not microwave the container lid).
