All spending thresholds are displayed in Japanese Yen (¥JPY). When you shop, the threshold will be converted to your local currency at checkout based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Note that thresholds are calculated before any coupons or discounts are applied.
Current thresholds: Tier 1 = ¥15,000 (+250 pts + gift) · Tier 2 = ¥30,000 (+500 pts + gift) · Tier 3 = ¥45,000 (+750 pts + gift)
No. The spending thresholds are calculated on your pre-discount subtotal. Ensure your subtotal before discounts meets the threshold to qualify for bonus points and free gifts.
No. Spending thresholds apply to a single order only. Multiple separate orders cannot be combined to reach a threshold.
In addition to the standard earning rate (1 point per ¥100 spent), you earn bonus points when you reach a spending threshold. Bonus points stack on top of your regular points — so a ¥15,000 order earns 150 standard points + 250 bonus points = 400 points total.
Points must first be redeemed as discount coupons before they can be used at checkout. Follow these steps:
- Log in and go to My Page → Loyalty Program
- Click "Redeem" to choose a coupon
- Go to Wallet and click "Apply" to add the coupon to your cart
- Complete checkout with the discount applied
Note: Points cannot be used directly at checkout without first being redeemed for a coupon.
Points: Points earned do not have an expiration date — they stay in your account indefinitely.
Coupons: Once you redeem points into a coupon, the coupon expires 30 days after the date of redemption. Use your coupons promptly after redeeming.
Log in to your account and navigate to My Page → Loyalty Program to view your current points balance and redemption history.
No. Only one point coupon can be applied per order. Plan your redemptions accordingly to maximize your savings. We recommend redeeming larger coupon denominations (e.g. ¥1,000 or ¥2,500) for better value.
Each spending tier comes with a specific set of free gifts. Here's how it works:
- Gifts are fixed for each tier and cannot be exchanged for other items
- You can only select a gift from the tier you qualify for — qualifying for Tier 2 does not give access to Tier 1 or Tier 3 gifts
- Gifts are updated regularly, so check back to see the latest selections
No. Free gift selections change from time to time as we update our catalog with new Japanese products. Check the current gift options on the product page or at checkout when you qualify for a tier.
If you return an order that qualified for bonus points or a free gift, the bonus points and/or gift eligibility will be deducted accordingly. If you've already redeemed the points or used the gift, the equivalent value may be deducted from your refund.
