About this product
Prime Liquid Eyeliner Rich Keep is Heroine Make's precision liner built around an original blend of water-resistant polymers layered for double-strength adhesion. An ultra-fine 0.1mm brush tip and a liquid-control 'adjuster' let you draw a clean line in one smooth stroke, while the 02 Brown Black shade gives a softer definition than pure black.
How to use
- Starting from the inner corner, draw a thin line as close to the lash roots as possible.
- Follow the natural curve of your upper lid out to the outer corner, thickening slightly if desired.
- Let dry for a few seconds before opening your eye fully to avoid transfer.
- At night, remove with warm water first to soften the film, then follow with cleanser.
