1. Cleanse the face thoroughly and leave skin damp — the strip only adheres properly to wet skin.
2. Peel the protective liner from the nose strip and press firmly onto the nose, smoothing out all edges and air pockets.
3. Use the additional strips on chin, forehead, or other targeted areas in the same way.
4. Leave strips in place for 10–15 minutes until they feel stiff and paper-dry — do not leave on longer.
5. Peel each strip from the outer edge toward the centre in a slow, steady motion; rinse to remove any adhesive residue and follow with a pore-minimising toner.
