Tokikkan Timer Pacemake Study Timer with Lap Function Ivory

The SONIC Tokikkan Timer Pacemake is a study timer built to make time visible rather than just count it down. The circular dial treats the time you set as a full 360-degree circle, and the colored area shrinks as the minutes pass, so a glance tells you how much of your session is left without reading digits. The Pacemake model adds a LAP function so you can check your pace part-way through a set of problems, and when time is up it switches automatically to count-up so you can measure exactly how far over you ran. Countdown runs from 1 up to 120 minutes and count-up to 120 minutes. The electronic alarm can be switched on or off, sounds for about 60 seconds at roughly 60 to 70 dB, and a light notification covers quiet rooms such as libraries and cram schools. The body is about 73 x 72 x 28 mm with a key lock against accidental presses and a fold-out stand for a readable angle. Runs on two AAA batteries, sold separately. Made in Japan by Sonic.

1. Fit two AAA batteries (sold separately) and pull out the rear stand to set a comfortable viewing angle.
2. Set your session length up to 120 minutes and start; watch the colored area of the dial shrink as time passes.
3. Press LAP part-way through to check whether your pace matches the plan.
4. Switch the alarm to silent and rely on the light notification when you are in a library or shared study room.
5. Slide the key lock on before the timer goes in your bag so buttons are not pressed by accident.
